Preguntas frecuentes

Why is my device not turning on or not charging?
If the device hasn't been used for a long time, the battery may enter deep sleep protection. Please use the original USB cable and connect it to a standard 5V/1A charger or a computer USB port (do not use fast chargers like PD/QC). Leave it plugged in for at least 2 hours to activate the battery. If it still doesn't respond, try turning the switch ON for 10 seconds, then OFF, and reconnect.
Why does my recording sound choppy or cut out during quiet moments?
This is completely normal if Voice Operated Recording (VOR) is enabled. The device automatically pauses recording when the environment is quiet to save memory and battery. If you are recording a meeting and cannot afford to miss any details, please connect the device to your PC, open the settings text file, and change the VOR parameter to "0". This will force 24/7 continuous recording.
Why can't my computer play the audio, or why do I see garbled files?
If there is no sound: Your computer's default player might not support lossless WAV formats. We highly recommend downloading VLC Media Player.

If you see garbled/undeletable files: This occurs if the device was unplugged without using "Safely Eject". To fix this permanently, connect it to a Windows PC, right-click the USB drive, select Formato, choose FAT32 file system, and click Start.
Why is the time stamp on my recording files incorrect?
If the device's battery completely drains, the internal clock will stop. After fully charging the device, connect it to your computer's USB port. Open the removable drive, run the "Time Synchronization" tool provided in the root directory, and then immediately safely eject the device. The timestamps will now be perfectly accurate.
