Payment Methods

Four supported methods. Bank transfer to the Italian corporate account is the standard for B2B orders.

Bank Transfer

SEPA / SWIFT to the Italian corporate account. Standard for B2B and large orders.

PayPal

Supported for verified buyers. Useful for sample orders and faster turnaround.

Western Union

Supported for buyers in regions where bank transfer is impractical.

Letter of Credit

Available for large bulk orders above standard threshold. Terms confirmed by both sides.

Standard Production Terms

For new bulk orders. Sample orders under 1000 USD may require full prepayment.

1. Quote Sign-off

Wholesale quotation confirmed with product list, MOQ, and shipping plan.

2. 30% T/T Deposit

Deposit triggers production schedule and component procurement.

3. Quality Inspection

100% inspection at the Italian warehouse before release to courier.

4. 70% Balance & Ship

Balance paid against shipping documents. Tracking sent on dispatch.

Italian Invoicing & VAT

QZT Electronics SRL issues formal Italian commercial invoices for all wholesale orders. Invoice format and VAT treatment depend on the buyer's country and account type.

  • Italian buyers: VAT applies at standard rate
  • EU B2B buyers with VAT number: zero-rated under intra-community rules
  • Non-EU buyers: invoice issued without VAT, customs handled at destination

Damage & Returns

Inspect every package before signing the courier delivery slip. Visible damage to the outer carton or the product must be photographed and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  1. Photograph the damaged carton and the product before unpacking further.
  2. Email the photos plus your order number to QZT after-sales within 48 hours.
  3. QZT files the courier claim and arranges replacement or repair under warranty.

What payment methods does QZT accept?
QZT accepts bank transfer (SEPA / SWIFT) to the Italian corporate account, PayPal, and Western Union. For new accounts, standard production terms are 30% T/T deposit before production and 70% balance once goods pass quality inspection and are ready to ship.
Where does QZT ship from?
QZT ships from the Italian warehouse located in Nola, Italy. Items in Italian stock dispatch in 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. For models temporarily out of Italian stock, lead time is confirmed on the order acknowledgment.
How long does delivery take inside Europe?
Standard delivery within Italy is 1-3 working days after dispatch. Delivery to other EU countries is typically 3-7 working days depending on the destination and the selected courier. Tracking information is sent once the shipment leaves the Italian warehouse.
Will QZT issue an Italian invoice with VAT?
Yes. QZT Electronics SRL is the Italian operating entity and issues formal Italian invoices. For Italian buyers, VAT applies at the standard rate. For EU B2B buyers paying through a company bank account to our Italian corporate account, VAT may be zero-rated under EU intra-community rules.
What if the shipment arrives damaged?
Inspect the package before signing for delivery. Photograph any visible damage to the outer carton and the product. Send the photos to QZT after-sales within 48 hours of delivery. We work with the courier claims process and arrange replacement or repair under the QZT warranty terms.
Does QZT ship outside the EU?
Yes. QZT ships internationally from the Italian warehouse to most countries. International shipping cost is quoted per order based on weight, destination, and selected service level. Customs clearance is the buyer responsibility unless a delivered duty paid (DDP) service is explicitly agreed.
