What hidden camera categories do you produce?

Yes - Tuya is our core platform. We invested in our own Tuya module production line and build hidden & spy cameras that pair natively with the Tuya / Smart Life app. We register devices under your own Tuya project (not generic Smart Life) and support OEM/ODM reworking of housing, firmware and packaging.

What OEM/ODM customization do you support?
Three tiers: Tier 1 - silk-screen logo, custom retail box, sticker and user manual; Tier 2 - full white-label plus custom Tuya firmware (your own project ID, app branding, default config, language packs); Tier 3 - full ODM with bespoke industrial design, custom PCB, custom case mold and custom app. MOQ from 100 units on Tier 1; quote in 48 hours.
Who owns the firmware & design IP?
On Tier 2/3, customer-funded NRE work is owned by the customer; base firmware and hardware remain QZT. We sign a mutual NDA before any spec sharing.
Can I stage OEM stock in the Italy warehouse?
Yes - allocation-based, on a confirmed rolling forecast. We work with quarterly rolling forecasts; excess can go into our general stock at agreed pricing, so a wrong forecast doesn't trap you with dead inventory.
What is the production lead time for hidden cameras?
Camera products run about 20 days (up to 30 in peak season); voice recorders are faster. OEM customization adds on top - Tier 1 adds a few days, Tier 3 full-ODM with new molds runs 60-90 days. Stock items in the Nola warehouse dispatch in 1-2 days. Exact timing is confirmed in your 48-hour quote.
