Delivery

• Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
• Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.
• Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken with packages containing fragile products. Packages are oversized and protected.

• Open the package and check the product before signing the delivery note (paper or electronic).
• Refuse the package if it does not give you the opportunity to check it.
• Refuse any damaged product and write “REFUSAL FOR DAMAGE” on the delivery slip.
• The words "subject to unpacking" or "packaging in good condition" are not valid in the event of a dispute.
• Refuse any product that does not comply with your order.
• No complaint will be accepted in the event of non-compliance with these recommendations.

Our deliveries are always carefully packaged in a cardboard box with no branding or description of contents nor any mention of SecurVision.

We take confidentiality very seriously. Rest assured, whether the shipment is destined for your home, office or any other address, it will be delivered with care.

We pack all our products in plain cartons or envelopes with no logos, no branding or description of the contents. Only you know what's inside and get excited. Only the carrier's label will be on the outside so you can deliver.
